Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with no division between the room and the living area, as we requested. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sofa bed and complimentary snacks and sodas in the mini bar. However, there were noticeable stains on the carpet. The service, especially with outside transport to tourist attractions, was exceptional. The location was perfect, offering a safe environment for two lone travelers, though parking was slightly inconvenient. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were well-kept.
The hotel is in a convenient location near major attractions with diverse dining options. The rooms were simple, but cleanliness was lacking, and space became limited with additional bedding. The service was impeccable with attentive and friendly staff catering to all needs promptly. However, the cost did not reflect the standard offered.
I was drawn to this hotel by the promise of an Eiffel Tower view from the rooms, which did not disappoint. However, the rooms felt a bit smaller than expected, especially for a family. The lack of air conditioning made them a bit stuffy, but the highlight was definitely the view of the iconic tower.
The hotel definitely needs renovation, but it was prepared for our arrival and very clean. The lack of a coffee-maker was a downside, but the rooms were cozy and spotless overall.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't clean, quite basic for the price, and too hot, but it had a convenient layout for families. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for some of the room issues. The location was excellent for exploring with kids, although there were some setbacks with promises not kept. The dining experience was a bit hit-and-miss, with items running out and high prices, but the food quality was good overall.
I had a mixed experience at Novotel. The room had a beautiful Eiffel view, but got canceled just three days before my arrival, which was frustrating. The room was clean and spacious but a bit small for three people. The hotel service was friendly and helpful, but there were issues with ordering taxis. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro but could get crowded at times. The dining experience was fresh and delicious, although limited when the hotel was busy.
Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired, as this hotel was like a police station across the street. The service was not friendly or helpful, except for Jackie who was extremely helpful. The location was in a rather calm area close to a metro station, but a bit out of the way from most attractions. The dining experience was a letdown, with very limited choices. However, the facilities were adequate.
The hotel is not the best in terms of room size, forcing us to buy two rooms for our family of 5, which were fortunately next to each other. Additionally, the poor Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was a letdown. On the bright side, the staff did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant, going above and beyond to address our needs. However, a last-minute room cancellation by Novotel with poor service left a sour taste in our mouths.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decent, but there were some issues with the shower, toilet, and air-conditioning. On the plus side, the breakfast terrace offered a stunning view of the city and some monuments, including the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel provided spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, although the sofa bed was not as desirable. The service was overall friendly and efficient, but there were instances of unfriendliness and lack of helpfulness. The location was excellent, close to metro stations and with easy access to the Eiffel Tower. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with fresh offerings but occasional disappointments. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement.
